Customer Service Representative:

Want to have fun and work hard? We're currently seeking outgoing individuals! Redline Resources is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives for multiple positions throughout the Chicago area!

RedLine Resources offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. We have an exciting contract to hire opportunity in the Northwest suburbs in a fast paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative you can expect to:

  • receive inbound and make outbound calls
  • assist with billing inquiries, payments, surveys, product sales
  • appointment setting,
  • qualifying leads

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) and typing skills (35 wpm).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to build rapport over the telephone.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up and research skills.
  • Data entry and basic computer skills.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
